Dog Park

Inside our grand 2,500 square foot park, members will find a dog utopia. Covered with the dirt free, ultra high tech, safe and antimicrobial K9Grass. Our park features tables and chairs to allow members to interact with their dogs while they are playing or training. Surrounded by bright bursts of sunlight from our sky-lights neither rain or extreme heat will keep your dogs from playing.

K9Grass

Most dog care centers with indoor dog parks have their dogs playing on hard sufaces such as concrete or worse Epoxy composite. These materials are proven to be harmful to the dogs joints and are dangerous if a dog runs and falls. Others are using rubber matting that can harbor germs and bacteria. In our quest for the highest quality of service and to provide your dogs with a safe, healthy place to play and stay , LA DOGWORKS has discovered the latest technology in artificial turf. We have covered our 2,500 sq. ft. indoor park with K9Grass the latest product form the people at ForeverLawn. The uniqueness of this product begins with the yarn used to produce the grass blades. A special antimicrobial product blend helps fight odors, which in turn creates a safer, cleaner environment for the dogs. Unlike traditional Astroturf with it's solid urethane backing the knitted back of K9Grass provides for instantaneous and immediate drainage of the turf itself. Cleaning System

Creating an advanced and revolutionary way to keep the park's K9 Grass and kennel spaces thoroughly clean, LA DOGWORKS has placed the SMT, a high pressure cleaning system throughout our center. When surfaces are cleaned with the SMT dirty water is drained into our Trench Drain built under the center. Our trench is equipped with stainless steel high-pressure nozzles that work on a timer that flushes every hour for three minutes so throughout the day the trench is flushed so dirty water and waste are removed. We have also installed a perimeter of PVC piping around the park that is divided into several zones. A blast of water washes the surface of the sealed concrete under the K9 Grass. The timely removal of the waste water promotes an odor and bacteria free environment.
